A: My contract is for non-salvage glass repair and I would be your last option for repair prior to replacing the glass. There is no guarantee, but we strive for the best of customer satisfaction.

Q: Do you fix car glass?

A: No automobile glass.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: The time depends on the severity and number of scratches. All jobs vary and generally start at 2 hours.

Q: What is the cost to repair glass?

A: Prices vary, but generally will save 25-75% of the replacement cost of the glass.

Q: Do you charge for estimates?

A: Estimates are free.

Q: Is the repair process messy?

A: Clean up is completed at the end of any work period and upon completion of the repair.

Q: Are you insured?

A: I am licensed, bonded and insured.

Q: Do your repairs leave any visible marks?

A: No, the glass is left clear.

Q: Does the damaged glass need to be removed?

A: Possibly, I have taken glass tables and aquariums back to the shop to work on.

Q: How close can you polish to the edge?

A: approximately 2 inches.

Q: How much can you save the customer when you repair glass instead of replacing it?

A: Approximately 25-75% of the cost of a new one.

Q: Does repairing glass weaken the glass?

A: No. Mere microns are removed from the glass, not enough to weaken it.
